Death Cafe Prep Materials

Hi All. I'm planning to offer a Death Cafe in April and am beginning to prepare. Does anyone have already-prepared flyers or press releases that you would be willing to let others use? Any other materials that people have found helpful in their own planning would be appreciated. Thank you! Jonathan
