Hi Cindie,
I was lucky enough to have the outreach coordinator of our local Hospice be a member of our group. I would suggest you call your local Hospice and see if they want to work with you
You could also contact Adec.org, an organization that trains Thanatologists (experts on death and dying)
and see if any of their members might be interested in helping you.
A funeral director might know someone too. Or a nearby hospital or nursing home.

Really, it doesn't have to be complicated. You do not need someone with medical training. This is not a grief group. The less facilitation, the better. There also should not be education either. Sometimes 'professionals' get itchy to share their knowledge and that is not appropriate for these events either. That being said, it is always helpful to have a co-host! I would be interested in talking about co-facilitating. I have just decided I would love to start a Death Cafe in Auburn and saw your post. I am not a hospice person but I have some experience that might fit well with yours.
