My main life is as a yoga teacher and studio owner. I love to explore the stuff we hesitate to discuss. I love the idea of living well every day so that when the day comes to die, we can do so with contentment. I am honoured to open the space to have the conversation.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I read an article in the Toronto Star and was really excited by the whole movement. Thank you Jon Underwood! Only the Brits can initiate such a fabulous movement.
What would you like your legacy to be?
That i loved well.
