About this Death Cafe
In my first death cafe, we sat in a circle, drinking tea and eating cake as per the instructions. It was amazing to watch us all open up without much prodding. We began by sharing why we were there and then we just kept talking. It was beautifully open, permissive and powerful.
About Allie Chisholm-Smith
Allie is a Yoga Teacher and owner of Ahimsa Yoga studio. She has an interest in delving into the realms within which we hesitate to swim. She believes that in discussing death, we live better days.
