I am a 16 year old male. I suffer from an array of mental health conditions. Which include adhd, chronic depression, chronic anxiety, obstinate defiance disorder, and ptsd. In my free time i like to read, skateboard, play video games, and sleep.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
My constant fear of death. It affects my everyday life. Whenever the future is mentioned i become terrified. I try to cope with it by using terror management theory, but recently it hasn't been working. I believe there's nothing after death. I will probably stick with that ideal until i die or am proven otherwise. I feel like nothing matters. Everything we see and touch in our lifetime will all die. Please help me.
