About this Death Cafe
Come, join us for a conversation about a subject that is too often avoided. We will all face death, so why not talk about it before that day arrives? Bring your questions, your fears, your hopes and an open heart and mind. have some tea and cake, and see where the conversation leads. All viewpoints are welcome.
About Elisabeth Almerini, RN, BSN, CHPN
Elisabeth is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse and End of Life Doula who has devoted her 25 year career in nursing to providing compassionate care for those at the end of life and their families. She has seen first hand the problems and difficulties ignoring this fact of life can cause, making a challenging time much more difficult than it has to be. She hopes this can be a place to begin this important conversation.
