About this Death Cafe
This Death Cafe is open to the public, and we welcome persons of all ages to join the open conversation about death and dying. We will divide the large group into small groups of 4 or 5 to faciliate better story telling. Bethell Hospice is a part of the larger hospice palliative care field that aims to help individuals and families die beter so they might live better. Come be a part of this inspiring future!
About Bethell Hospice & Linda Hochstetler
Bethell Hospice is a 10 bed residential hospice in Caledon. They will be sponsoring this Death Cafe as part of their ongoing public education events. The event itself will be hosted by Linda Hochstetler. Linda has hosted 9 other Death Cafes in Toronto and Aurora, and was a featured interviewee on CBC Radio - The Current, on May 12, 2016. Linda is a registered social worker who supports hospice palliative care and supports conversations about death and dying with residents, families, and the public.
