Playing my heart chakra crystal singing bowl is how I begin the gathering following introductions of participants and clergy.
As a Baby Boomer I want to be better informed, and in a safe and supportive environment, assist my friends in also having a conscious conversation filled with awareness about celebrating quality of life, and making end-of-life medical choices and decisions before death.
We can share personal stories, and feelings about dying and death. My goal is to make the topic less traumatic for family and community to enter life's last stage in our physical body.
