About this Death Cafe
The Death Cafe on Jewish Book Week is an unticketed free event though there will be a limit on the number of people able to attend. As such places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
Visit www.kingsplace.com/jbw to see the wide range of events on at the festival. The Death Cafe will take place in our fringe space, where all activities will be free to take part in.
Andrew Solomon and Julia Neuberger will be discussing death, love and mourning in detail at a ticketed event at 5pm on the same Sunday - and indeed death and the end of the life, as well as the beginning of life and everything in between - is a theme of this year's festival.
About Jewish Book Week
Jon Underwood, founder of Death Cafe, and psychotherapist and counsellor Sue Barsky-Reid will facilitate this Death Cafe in the fringe space at JBW 2016.
