About this Death Cafe
Have friends called you morbid because you want to talk about death?
At a Death Café you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings about death and dying. Discussions at the Death Café are confidential and respectful. It is not a venue for selling things, nor is it a place where people force their beliefs on others. It is a chance to have conversations about fear of death, what would constitute an ideal death, planning for end-of-life care, wondering what happens (if anything) after we die or whatever you are interested in…..
About Verity Owers and Philomena Corrigan
-
Verity works to support people who are bereaved while Philomena trained as an End-of-Life-Doula. We both believe that becoming more aware of death can sharpen our appreciation of life
