Death Cafe provides an easy relaxed space to speak and hear others around death & dying; releasing fear, broadening attitudes & building a profound sense of community.
A facilitated group conversation unfolds. People share personal experiences, stories, questions, around topics such as deaths of loved ones, re-engaging dying as a normal aspect of everyday life, the process of dying & improving the experience of dying, conscious dying, sudden deaths close brushes with death, green burials, and community led funerals. Some people simply come to listen, or join in as they feel, at the time.
