About this Death Cafe
The Re-enchantment project was set up to bring people together in ways that enable deep and meaningful conversations. We love the Death Cafe format and are really excited to bring it to Swansea.
This Death Cafe will be lightly facilitated to allow small groups to engage in free-flowing, self-organising conversations on the subject of death and dying.
We will be present to offer support and guidance and will offer each table a loose 'menu' of conversational stimulae to help kick things off.
About Philip Ralph and Fern Smith
Philip Ralph and Fern Smith are artists and activists. They are co-directors of Emergence, an arts and social change collective based in Swansea, South Wales. In addition to Emergence, they co-curate the Re-enchantment Project, an unfunded series of free events that enable and facilitate deep conversation and community.
