first cafe

Was introduced to this first at an IONS conference years ago but until recently hadn't thought more about it. Being active at a 60+ Activity Center, the director asked if any had heard of it and if they would be willing to host one there. I am asking the same as another host asked (and I saw no reply); what are some suggestions, questions, etc. is getting the group conversation started Thank you....such an important and seldom discussed topic
