Successful First Death Cafe in Bunbury WA

Wanted to share with everyone out there that the first Death Cafe in the Bunbury region, that's in the Southwest of Western Australia, drew a group of six enthusiastic participants. This region has a small population so this number is quite significant. The most interesting thing I noted as the facilitator was the diversity of the group: there was a range of ages, cultures, experience, etc and a 50/50 women to men. The feedback was very positive and I look forward to our next one in September. BTW, this site is very professional and helpful so thanks much to Jon.

Is the Bunbury death cafe still operating? Where and when is the next one?

Congratulations!

Congrats on a positive first experience with Death Cafe. The very first one that Jon had included 6 people. The diversity of attendees is my favorite part. If you promote it in a way that everyone has an opportunity to hear about it, you'll find that diversity will continue and adds depth to the discussion. Good luck with future endeavors!

is there any one doing this sort of cafe in Busselton?? I manage a retirement village and i feel that it may be an outlet for the residents to discuss in a friendly group.
