Death Cafe profile for Carol Benton
Location: United States
About Carol Benton:
I'm a transformational coach and hypnotherapist. I aspire to live life meaningfully and to help others to see the best in themselves. Learning to let go a little bit everyday is the key to my happiness.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
Life transitions are very compelling to me. I also am fascinated by how other people have such varying perspectives about almost everything!
What would you like your legacy to be?
I would like my legacy to be that I added love and joy to the world.
Thoughts for sharing:
My personal viewpoint is that death is a portal, just like birth is to life. Our physical bodies are like space suits and vehicles for awakening. And when the time comes to leave the party, I hope to have a "good death" and exit gracefully & quickly.
