What brings you to Death Cafe?

I am the Administrative Manager here. I have attended Death Cafes in other cities, most recently in Atlanta a few years back. I was disappointed to find there wasn't an active one here in Sarasota. I am also a minister. Much of my work has been as an End-of-Life doula and practitioner. So, when I came to Unity of Sarasota I asked that we be able to host a Death Cafe here. We are holding one around the holidays and I hope it will become a regular monthly meeting. 

What would you like your legacy to be?

In all things, kindness.
