What brings you to Death Cafe?

I want to be a part of changing the way we view and relate to death. We keep it at arm's reach, approach it too often in fear and apprehension. I want to help others have healing conversations about death and dying so that when our times come, we can go without fear and so that those we leave behind can celebrate the lives we lead, instead of focusing so much on the loss.

What would you like your legacy to be?

I'm not sure I need a legacy, but if I can leave having been compassionate, shown kindness towards all, and helped others carry their burdens with a little more ease, then that will be all I think I need.
