About HG Foundation:
HG Foundation (Hospice Giving Foundation) is an independent foundation, established in 1997, to provide leadership and resources to ensure exceptional end-of-life care is available to all people, across Monterey and San Benito Counties. HG Foundation is the primary funder for end-of-life services in our area and the provider of extensive public education for planning and preparedness, understanding options for care, effective communications, as well as professional continuing education.

What would you like your legacy to be?
HG Foundation would like our legacy to be one of helping to create a social health movement that builds cultural attitudes of hope, understanding and acceptance for end of life.

HG Foundation belives that by deepening understanding and acceptanceof death and dying individuals and families can experience peace of mind and compassionate end-of-life care.
