About Molly Fahrenschon:
I'm compelled by end of life issues and would like to help others become more comfortable with this thing that touches all of us. It is my firm belief that we should all have as much control as we possibly can over our own lives, all the way to the very end, and I am honored to be a so called Guardian of Wishes. I trained with INELDA at the end of October 2019 and am building an End of Life practice in eastern Jefferson County, WA.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I love to discuss the issue of death and dying with anyone. Many people are hesitant and I'd love to be part of this thing that has attracted to much attention. I think the success of Death Cafe all over the world proves that this is a very needed type of event, hopefully changing lives and helping to shift culture.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I am only beginning to understand Terror Management Theory and am reading Ernest Becker's Denial of Death, and so far I do not think I have this supposed deep human need to create a legacy.
