I had a wonderful experience taking a workshop, "How to host your own death cafe" at a conference.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I haven't put much thought into this. Interesting!
Thoughts for sharing:
For me, talking about death desensitizes the word and the associated sadness or grief. It becomes less scary when you realize we all go through it- together. And maybe it isn't death itself that is scary- it is before (pain or suffering) and after (the unknown). Who knows. Hearing other view points and perspectives is something that I find really rewarding!
