I am a RN, currently not practising. I have 3 small businesses currently. I have a successful fitness studio in my home, I create wood pieces out old pieces of furniture and I have a dog washing business specializing in giant dogs. I have been married for 30 years and still loving it! I have 1 daughter who has blessed us with a grandson! Things are good up here in Seagrave.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I enjoy the conversation of death and dying. And I love the idea of being able to help other people engage in healthy conversations about death also.
Thoughts for sharing:
As a palliative RN I often discussed death and dying with my patients. I was very good at it because I have always had the attitude that if your going to die, make it a good one. I can't say I'm looking forward to my own, but when it happens I want to be prepared, so I talk about it.....
