About this Death Cafe
Death Cafe is a safe, welcoming place in which people share their ideas, concerns, fears, and hopes about death as well as tea and cake.
From the administrative details of death and dying to the most profound spiritual or philosophical issues, all topics are welcome.
I encourage attendees to RSVP so that we can be sure to have treats for everyone. RSVP by e-mailing me at ckdcares@gmail.com. RSVPs are NOT required, however. See you there!

Colleen has worked in health care and community health for over 20 years. Working with older adults and those facing life-limiting illness is Colleen’s true passion. She has extensive experience as an Advanced Care Planner, end of life doula, certified geriatric care manager, nursing home ombudsman, certified dementia practitioner and hospice visitor. Colleen’s goal is to empower and support individuals in making informed choices.
