About Yarra Libraries
In conjunction with Dying to Know Day, Yarra Libraries presents Death Café, an open conversation on death and bereavement over a cup of tea. Facilitated by Anne Bolitho, founder of Kinship Ritual. This is an opportunity to talk and listen to others in a comfortable gathering at the Richmond Library.
Bio: Annie Bolitho helps people to take charge of their end of life arrangements and create meaningful ceremonies. She convenes regular Death Cafés in Melbourne and runs training for health workers whose clients are dealing with death, grief and loss. Annie has a Doctorate of Creative Arts and is the author of ‘Death, a Love Project, a guide to exploring the life in death and finding the way together.’ She has a strong interest in ritual and ceremony and writing. Annie loves gardening, making and looking at art and playing with children.
Bookings essential.
