About this Death Cafe
At a Death Cafe, strangers gather to drink (tea, coffee, spirits), eat cake and discuss death.
Why on Earth would anyone want to discuss death??
Our objective in this is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'.
That's right. Talking about death can motivate us to live our best lives.
A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session. And nobody is trying to sell anything, either.
So come out and join us at Second Sight Spirits in Ludlow, KY from 7:00 PM to 9:00PM on July 9th! Cake will be provided, refreshments available for purchase at the bar.
