About this Death Cafe
The death cafe will be overseen by Dr. Tullis to ensure that everything is appropriate and within the guidelines.
Doors open at 6pm and starts at 6:30pm
About End of Life Communication Students
The End of Life Communication Studies students of University of San Diego invite you to particpate in the student led death cafe. The students are all in the course "Death and Dying" which covers end of life communication. The class and death cafe is under the leadership of Dr. Jillian Tullis. Dr. Tullis focuses her teaching on hands-on learning for her students along with knowledge through her research into health communication, with an emphasis on death and dying in a healthcare setting. Throughout the semester she has been encouraging her students to consider what a "good death" is in their eyes. This event is open to the public and look forward to seeing you there!
