About this Death Cafe
After the amazing success of Death Cafe on the East Bank of New Orleans, we decided to bring one to the Westbank. many thanks to Common Grounds for being our gracious host as we work together to "destigmatize Death" by freely conversing about life, death and everything in between. Food and drink available for purchase, and of course, there will be FREE CAKE!

Although the facilitators all have clinical backgrounds, they come to Death Cafe with no agenda other than participating as people, not professionals, letting discussions unfold in a safe and nonjudgemental space.
