About this Death Cafe
Death Cafe is an international movement started in Europe. At the Death Cafe people gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death in a relaxed, open setting. This is a group directed discussion with no agenda, objectives, themes. It is a discussion group, rather than a grief support or counseling session. The Unitarian Universalist Society in Madison, CT is hosting this as their first event for their "Shoreline End-of-Life Series."
