About Zettelyss Amora
Zettelyss Amora, IYT Integrative Yoga Therapist, discovered meditation in 1976 followed by yoga in 1979 thus began her on-going practice & study. Certified as an Integrative Yoga Therapist in 2000 she began teaching yoga and meditation. Zettelyss also offers students her experience from years of practice in the healing arts of tai chi, qi gong, aromatherapy, massage, & energy work.
