About this Death Cafe
We are hoping to have a comfortable, low key talk about whatever comes up regarding the end of our lives. This can include how we want to go, to ghosts, from science to the mystical.
About Amanda & Cassie
Cassie has worked in end of life care and hospice work, as well as being a registered aid for clients needing long term care. She is empathetic and kind, and currently working towards her goal of becoming an LPN.
Amanda has held Death Cafes in the past in Seattle. Her experience with death comes from working in end of life care, including death doula work on a volunteer basis. She has worked in the funeral industry, and in general just enjoys learning and taking about death.
