About this Death Cafe
Death can feel like a taboo subject, but it needn’t be - it’s something we all share in common and talking about it with others can be reassuring and provide helpful relief. Join us for our first Library Death Cafe - a friendly & welcoming space for people of all backgrounds to chat about all aspects of dying in a relaxed and informal setting.
Tea & cakes available. Free
Visit the Death Cafe website for more information about the intention & concept behind the Death Cafe movement: www.deathcafe.com
Please treat yourself with care and don't attend if you feel talking/hearing about death & dying may trigger past trauma in unhelpful ways or otherwise negatively impact your mental health. If you're unsure whether this event is for you, or have any other questions, drop us a line via the contact form.
Suitable for adults aged 18+
