About Healthy Adams County (PA)

This Death Cafe is facilitated by members of Healthy Adams County's End of Life Committee.  This committee is an interdisciplinary group of professionals who are committed to assisting people to become more comfortable thinking about and discussing issues surrounding the end of life.
