About this Death Cafe
The event will be outdoors under a tent, following covid safe prcedures. We will offer tea and cake, but will have people spaced around large round tables.
Although one of the sponsors is a church, the Death Cafe is strictly secular. We want to foster conversations like this in our city!
About The Episcopal Church in Erie and Our West Bayfront
Barbara Newcamp will serve as the facilitator. She has facilitated Death Cafes in Meadville, PA.
She was recently featured on the Our Erie Podcast, and the two sponsor organizations felt this was a great event to have in Erie and parntered to bring it to our neighborhood.
