About this Death Cafe
The Okanagan Valley Death Cafes will be offered from 7:00-8:30 pm the second Tuesday of the month via ZOOM. Each cafe is designed to ensure that each breakout discussion allows for personal conversation. Cafe's are limited to 21 participants After welcome and orientation participants join seven others in a break out room with a professional facilitator to engage in a lively discussion about death and dying.

Reverend and Celebrant Alison Moore is a certified professional Life-Cycle Celebrant and Conscious Dying Institute End of Life Doula. She has been trained as a home funeral guide through CINDEA. Practiced in the creation of personalized ceremonies, Alison officiates celebrations of life for families in their home and through local funeral services. Alison performs seasonal ceremonies at her Ravens View Farm and Retreat Centre in Peachland. She is also past Clerk of Interior British Columbia Quakers and a partner in Oomph! Consulting.
