A chat about death over coffee and cake might not be everyone's cup of tea. But it could get people talking about a subject that is still taboo for many.

In our Death Cafes we aim to empower communities with the knowledge, skills, confidence and support to engage with death, dying and loss. There is no agenda, objective or theme and we’re not looking for any conclusions. 

It’s not a grief support group, it’s a group discussion in a respectful and confidential environment and you can talk about anything at all to do with death, which after all unites us all.
