At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death.
The objective is to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives.
A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes.
*It is a discussion group not a grief support or counseling session.

End of Life Doula located in North Carolina. I have always been strongly passionate about death and the ways we allow it to affect our personal life and the people who we share our life with. It is possible to have healthy healing conversations about death and dying. My mission is to change the way we relate to death in order to live a more fulfilling life.
