TAOS DEATH CAFE
Many recognize that our culture is death- denying, and that we can live more fully if we embrace the inevitable fact of death. Death Cafés around the world (66 countries!) provide a relaxed and safe setting to discuss death, so that we can make the most of life.

~ Delicious Homemade Organic GF Cake! plus self serve coffee, tea available.

(donations are very welcome to keep this event afloat!)

WHEN: Sunday April 5th @ 2pm
WHERE: Golden Willow Counseling (in-town location) ~412 Sipapu Rd.
(Note: there’s two Golden Willow locations near each other - ours is the location facing Sipapu -not Salazar- but you can park in either lot).

Please note: Doors will close promptly at 2:00pm so be sure to arrive 10-15 min early to settle in. Thanks!

Wendy Shuey, end-of-life doula coach and resident of Taos NM. Intention for Taos Death Cafe: to allow a safe space to open conversation on death in order to help individuals and families become more comfortable with this inevitable topic. Taos Death Cafes will be held at Golden Willow Counseling, where Ted Wiard and other staff are grief counselors.
