About Gill Faris and Rhiannon Thomas

Rhiannon Thomas is an integrative lawyer. In 2012, she formed Milkwood Law, a collaborative practice focusing on creating integrative (conscious) contracts. These values-based legal documents seek to better relationships. Her life story has forced her to confront death and so she is passionate about inspiring people to explore their own relationship with death and dying. She wears many hats and loves collaborating and connecting.

Gill Faris is an adult education consultant offering bespoke training, organisational development and staff wellness. Her values-based approach cuts to the heart of the subject matter to enable her clients to (re)connect with their purpose, both personally and professionally, to find meaning and joy in living every day. Prior to completing a Masters Degree in Adult Education in 2013, Gill ran a private practice in psychosocial oncology.  As a student nurse working in an oncology ward she faced the reality of death and dying. This helped her to deal with her complicated grief following the loss of her father at 21 months. Because of her intimate experience working with death and dying, she values the need to have open, fearless conversations about death as it enables living life fully.
