About this Death Cafe

This gathering has been postponed to a later date due to the Coronavirus. We will update you on an upcoming date as soon as it is safe to host a future cafe.

Can looking at death teach you how to live?

Last fall our first group came together to discuss and share views on death and dying. Many people contacted us and asked for a weekend gathering - so here it is!

Join us for our second gathering and a continuing discussion on death. It’s not “IF” – it’s “WHEN”. Knowing and accepting one’s own mortality changes the way one views life.

So grab a glass of wine and join us in the back room for a discussion about death and dying. No themes, no objectives, just open-ended discussions directed by you!

This is not an end-of-life planning event, bereavement group, or grief counseling. We hope that you will come with an open mind, prepared to discuss the topic of death with strangers in a safe, respectful environment.

Light appetizers will be available.

RSVP Required - Thanks!

About Pamela Sandy and Robert Valente

In their decades of working with clients, Pamela Sandy and Robert Valente, Certified Financial Planners, have seen the importance of merging the discussions of death with dignity with the financial issues that limit or influence individual end-of-life choices.

Both believe we are long overdue in having honest discussions about personal choices, death with dignity laws and the financial impact that long-term illnesses can have on individuals, families and their loved ones.
