About this Death Cafe

The Indy End if Life Collective is a not for profit group of like minded professionals. Our mission is to transform our natural relationship with mortality and grief in our community by encouraging open dialogue about all end of life issues.

We believe the end of life experience can be beautiful, sacred and meaningful when we are equipped and empowered holistically: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually as well as in practical ways. Death, grief and loss is never easy but together we can improve the way we support each other through our final journey home.

About Indy End of Life Collective

Angela Hershey, the groups admin is a Certified End of Life Doula/Consultant, and Home Funeral Guide apprentice. Angela is the co-founder of My Massage + Wellness which offers Geriatric, Hospice and Grief Massage Therapy and Wellness services in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Angela partners with local hospice providers, doctors, nursing facilities, hospitals, funeral industry professionals, eldercare attorneys, grief counselors, and healthcare advocates in our community and is available to offer workshops, death cafes and education in the Indianapolis community.
