About this Death Cafe

One role that I am passionate about is the work that i do with people at the end of their lives - I assist in producing end of life stories together with individuals who wish to record them. This has made me realise how important it is to talk about our feelings around death and ideallly before we are right at the end of our lives

About carole ward

With over 30 years working in mental health support Carole is an enthusiastic, experienced and competent educator and project manager. Carole is particularly passionate about learning disabilities, mental health and community cohesion. Her work is underpinned by the strong belief that all community members should be able to live longer, healthier lives and are supported to participate fully in all aspects of society, prosper as individuals and are valued contributors to a fair and equal society.
