About this Death Cafe
People need a safe place to talk about death and dying. Brenda is passionate for all people to become comfortable with the reality of death, to realize that it is a natural part of life. She believes the sooner we can become comfortable with our mortality, the sooner we will be free to truly live each moment. Alanna couldn't agree more!
About Brenda and Alanna
Brenda Nestegaard Paul - ordained Lutheran minister for 20 years. Listener. Counsellor. Teacher. Facilitator. Blessed to walk with people through all stages of life particularly those dying and those who are bereaved.
Alanna Miller - Retired teacher. Personal Coach. Small Group Leader. Hospice program facilitator.
Both have seen the positive change that is possible when a safe environment is created to explore whatever the topic may be.
