About Alan McIntyre Tea Connection:

Local Pastor with over 30 years experience in helpiung people deal with death and the grieving process begining to host Death Cafes in Chatham-Kent Ontario Canada.

Grief and the grieving process is something that touches us all at some point in our lives and it is a topic that is very close to my profession and to my heart personally.

It is my hope to bring together people who need the support of others who understand and are willing to listne and to help where we can in a non-judgemental way.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

The topic of death and dying and grief are the most taboo topics on the face of the planet and yet they are also the topics that need to be talked about the most.

Grief is not and illness but rather a natural and necessary journey that follows the death of someone we love.  As such it deserves our attention and our respect, as well as the support of others, if we are to heal.

It is my hope that by bringing people togehter and talking about the stages of grief, the cries of grief and the bill of rights of grief that we can all find a way to move through grief and forward in our lives.

What would you like your legacy to be?

peace, love and healing

Thoughts for sharing:

FIVE STAGES OF GRIEF

denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.

FIVE CRIES OF GRIEF
