About this Death Cafe

I am delighted that this Death cafe is being held for the first time at Colourfest, in the Library at Gaunts House. There will be 2 sessions on Friday and Saturday 

Death Café is a group directed open discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counselling session. At Death Café you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings about death and dying. It is a chance to have conversations for example about fear of death, what would constitute an ideal death, planning for end-of-life care, wondering what happens after we die or whatever you are interested in…. 

please arrive 10 miutes before start to arrange  drinks etc for a prompt start.

Marisa Picardo is the facilitator of Death Café Glastonbury. She is an End of Life Doula and Funeral Celebrant and Massage Therapist. She is companion volunteer both for Weston Hospicecare & Marie Curie.
