Talk about Death while you are still Alive !!
This event is organized as part of Hospice Palliative Care Week.
Death Cafés are part of a global movement to bring people together ‘to increase awareness of death with the view to helping people make the most of their finite lives’.
A respectful, compassionate and safe environment is provided for anyone who is comfortable talking about issues related to death, dying and how it relates to our lives.
Thought provoking and interesting group-directed conversations. Additional resources will be handed out. All faiths are welcomed.
This is not a Grief /Bereavement support group.

This event is FREE but we respectfully request that people support the venue by purchasing food or drink to express gratitude to the restaurant. Without their support this event would not have been possible. Please arrive on time to place your food order and settle down in your groups.
About Roma
Facilitator: Roma Puri is a volunteer for Heart House Hospice, Mississauga. She supports individuals who are palliative and offers grief, bereavement and spiritual support to adults and children. She also supports individuals by offering non-invasive therapies such as Reiki, Aromatherapy and Therapeutic Touch. She has a Children’s Grief and Bereavement Certificate from Sick Kids, Toronto.
