About this Death Cafe

Neither of us have hosted/facilitated or even attended a Death Cafe!  There are none in our immediate region.

We hope that by offering this opportunity for people to talk about death we can discover meaningful ways to start living more fully!

There will be yummy refreshments.  Our Health Talks usually have about 20 people in attendance.  If the number grows that big, we might break the group into two separate discussions and then at the end of the session, gather as one large group to provide feedback on the experience.  If there is interest, we will consider hosting a second Death Cafe. 

Linda Sims is a wonderful host!  We are grateful for her organization of treats and beverages.

Amy Pospichal and Linda Sims-Randals will be hosting and facilitating this event.  

Amy is a local pastor and trained healthcare chaplain with her own questions and curiosities about death.

Linda is a nurse practitioner and well-known and well-liked in our community.
