About this Death Cafe
From 1 March - 29 April 2018, Tuggeranong Arts Centre is hosting Another Day in Paradise, the paintings of Myuran Sukumaran, along with artworks by other leading Australian artists. Myuran Sukumaran’s paintings document his confrontation of impending death through powerful self portraits. This exhibition reminds us that we all face our own mortality at some stage, and Death Café is a chance to gather with other members of the community for a conversation about death with no agenda, objectives or themes – but with afternoon tea provided. Come a bit earlier if you would like time to view the artwork before our discussion
