About Jean Bota
Jean is a mom, a grandmother, a previous banker, founder of Transitions facilitating change. She makes her home in Red Deer County, Alberta where she has lived for the past seventeen years with her brown chocolate lab (Oscar) and her cat (Princess). She has two sons, a daughter in-law and a new grandbaby, Rose.
With the death of her husband in 2001,her world changed suddenly. She began her own business “Transitions facilitating change” which assists individuals with changes in their lives, whether it be widowhood, divorce, retirement, or loss of oneself. She also facilitates death cafes periodically as she sees the need to change our conversation about death.
