About Hood River Library
The facilitator is Patrick Cornelius. Patrick is new to facilitating Death Cafes...running this Cafe for the last 9 months. The previous facilitator took a leave of absense, but she had been running Death Cafes on a quarterly basis for almost 2 years. Patrick attended Death Cafes in Portland, OR and fell in love with them. When he moved to Hood River, he wanted to find a Cafe or start one. He initlally worked with the initial facilitator running the existing Death Cafe and offered to step in to facilitate the group when she left. Patrick works closely with the founder of the Portland Death Cafes, Holly Pruitt, for advise and support.
