About this Death Cafe
This Death Cafe will travel around Whitman County. Our goal is to help people embrace life and honor death by providing a safe environment for the discussion to take place. All adults are welcome.
About Friends of Hospice
Annie Pillers is the executive director of Friends of Hospice. She has been a hospice volunteer for 12 years, an EMT for 17 years, and a grief group facilitator for 13 years.
Terrie Teare has been an EMT for 10 years, a hospice volunteer for 6 years, grief group facilitator for 5 years, and is program coordinator for Friends of Hospice.
These two ladies believe we can do a better job of dealing with death when it is upon us by talking about it in advance.
Join us for an open discussion, tea, coffee, and treats.
