About this Death Cafe
A Death Cafe is an event where people drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. At a Death Cafe people drink tea, eat cake and discuss death. Our aim is to increase awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives .
About The Life: Moving Exhibition
The Life: Moving exhibition features films by patients of John Taylor Hospice, and explores the power of film to communicate the meaningful and honest experiences of those affected by terminal illness. The exhibition runs between 10-6pm, and is free and open to all.
The Death cafe will be hosted by St Barnabas Church, and facilitated by Carrie Weekes of A Natural Undertaking, and award-wining local funeral company.
